experience – HICRON was founded by a group of six SAP professionals with extensive business and IT experience. HICRON today employs more than 60 technical and business consultants who have taken part in more than 200 complex SAP implementations. The projects supported by HICRON involve not only implementation of basic SAP functionalities. We specialize in complex projects which, in many cases, require design and development of dedicated solutions from a scratch. Automotive, FMCG, power engineering, fuel industry, industrial production and retail trade are just some examples of the sectors we had the pleasure to work for.

methodology – drawing on our implementation experience, partnership with a number of SAP ERP suppliers and our knowledge of the business and IT market, we have developed a dedicated HICRON project approach. The proprietary HICRON Consulting Implementation Methodology has been helping us for a few years now to deliver the expected project outcomes within the limits of the assigned budgets and in accordance with the agreed time schedules.
