APPLICATION MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

The tasks of the person employed on this position will include:

- providing of 2nd/3rd Level Application support to business, working in cooperation with other members of the team and end-users,
- be part of the SAP R/3 Application support team,
- handle Incident management,
- change management and problem management tickets as per established service level agreement with the end users,
- communicating effectively with functional teams and end users.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

- university degree in Computer Science or Economics,
- at least 2 years of experience as SAP Consultant,
- strong background and knowledge of any of the SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, CS, CRM),
- experience with SAP J2EE and SAP NetWeaver will be considered as an additional asset,
- open-minded, willing to explore new areas,
- good communication skills,
- experience with SAP XI, SAP BI will be considered as an additional asset,
- at least good knowledge of English and/or German.
