HICRON implements SAP Business Intelligence in PeBeKa SA.

The scope of implementation covers the key functional areas of the company: finance and controlling (FI-GL, CO), human resources management (HR), project management (PS) and material management (MM).

The project began in June 2008. In addition to the implementation of Business Intelligence managed by the consultants from HICRON Consulting, PeBeKa, a KGHM Group company, implemented the following SAP system modules: Project System (PS), Controlling (CO),Plant Maintenance (PM), Human Resources (HR) and Strategic Enterprise Management Balanced Scorecard (SEM BSC).
The general project contractor was KGHM Polska Miedź, PeBeKa’s parent company, which supervised the execution of the implementation projects in all Group companies. SAP Polska provided support services in the project and selected HICRON Consulting as its subcontractor in the most advanced BW and IP areas.

The main task of HICRON Consulting experts was to develop the BW implementation concept and provide technical and business consulting throughout the project. HICRON Consulting’s role in the BW area also covered supply of real data for the integrated planning (IP), strategic enterprise management balanced scorecard (BSC) and financial and operational reporting (FI, CO, PM, PS, FI-AA and HR modules).
