HICRON delivers application support services at AmRest

HICRON signed a contract with AmRest on delivery of apllication support services. The AmRest company also uses SAP maintenance services provided by HICRON Consultants.

The HICRON consultants support SAP users at AmRest in the current work with the SAP system in all areas: finance and controlling, sales and distribution, material management, human resources management, business intelligence, and also in the development and maintenance of the SAP Portal.

Among the requirements listed by AmRest to the service providers, there were: confirmed experience and good knowledge of SAP in the area of technology and business, knowledge of the implementation methodologies, ability to conduct trainings and workshops, SAP certifications etc.

HICRON Consultants stand at the disposal of more than 500 SAP users at AmRest, not only to solve current problems with the SAP system. Apart from application support, HICRON delivers to AmRest services of: SAP system maintenance, implementation of additional functionalities, provides SAP licences. HICRON consultants are also fully responsible for the development and maintenance of SAP Basis, SAP NetWeaver PI / XI and ABAP programming.

HICRON company, when providing application support services, provided tdedicated portal to handle service tickets, allowing to monitor their status and delivery time. After noticing the ticket, the HICRON supervisor of the application support is handing off the task to one of SAP consultants specializing in in the proper SAP area covered by the notification. Under the agreement, the conditions for the Service Level Agreement are guarranteed, such as consultants\' availibility, time required to respond to notification or time to solve problems. The main aim to be met by HICRON consultants when providing application support is to react quickly and carrying out repairs accurately so that the AmRest SAP system is fully adapted to company\'s needs.
