Hanplast, a company specializing in plastic injection moulding launched cooperation with HICRON in the field of SAP ERP application support and maintenance services. Pursuant to the agreement concluded, starting from January 2012, HICRON service consultants will support SAP ERP users in their daily work with the system. The application support service will encompass all the system modules implemented in Hanplast: finances, fixed assets and controlling (FI, AA, CO), sales and distribution (SD), material management (MM), warehouse management (WM), production and planning (PP), project management (PS), quality management (QM), production maintenance (PM), customer service (CS), HR and Basis. Apart from offering assistance in resolving any ongoing problems encountered during the operation of the SAP ERP system, the HICRON consultants will provide active consultancy to Hanplast by suggesting system enhancements and innovations and performing development work and training in the field of SAP ERP operation. As providers of SAP maintenance services to Hanplast, the HICRON consultants are responsible for the delivery and installation of upgrades to the implemented SAP ERP, and for resolving any problems in system operation attributable to the defective source code delivered by SAP. “Our experience shows that top-quality application services and successful cooperation can only be guaranteed by an SAP partner that has a dedicated team of service consultants and follows established theories for effective performance .
