       HICRON DELIVERS SAP APPLICATION SERVICES TO CERMAG01/03/11 - Wroclaw
In January 2011, HICRON launched SAP application and maintenance services for Cermag. The agreement covers providing remote support to Cermag staff in their everyday work with the SAP ERP system and resolving issues with the operation of the system. Pursuant to the agreement, HICRON consultants are available to SAP users in Cermag, providing them with SAP support services in the areas of finance (FI), asset accounting (FI-AA), treasury (TR), controlling (CO), sales and distribution (SD), material management (MM), warehouse management (WM) and data warehousing (BW). The quality requirements defined in the contract specify the reaction times to service tickets and the required repair times depending on the priority of requests. SAP maintenance services are delivered to Cermag employees by HICRON under the scope of the Enterprise Support. Apart from application and maintenance services, HICRON consultants offer Cermag SAP ERP development services in terms of consulting and programming, and the organization of comprehensive training on the operation of SAP systems.
