HICRON has signed an agreement with Profile VOX for the delivery and implementation of SAP ERP.

The implementation, initiated by an analysis of the business processes of Profile VOX, encompasses the company’s key functional areas: finance and accounting, purchases and warehouse management, sales and distribution, production and production planning, and HR management.
The business objective of the project implemented in Profile VOX is not only the automation of business processes applied by the company, but also their optimization through the best business practices included in the SAP ERP system. The achievement of this goal is strictly related to the execution of the long-term strategy for maintaining the top quality of Profile VOX products.

The scope of the project covers the following SAP ERP modules: finance (FI), controlling (CO), material management (MM), warehouse management (WM), sales and distribution (SD), production and planning (PP), and HR management. Apart from standard SAP functionalities implemented in Profile VOX, the HICRON consultants will implement EDI for electronic data transmission and SAP Workflow. They will also integrate the SAP ERP system with a mobile sales solution. The commencement of work in the SAP system is scheduled for the beginning of the third quarter of 2011. The project will be executed following HICRON’s in-house Implementation Method.

The first stage of cooperation between HICRON and Profile VOX was based on an agreement for carrying out an analysis of the business process applied by VOX Profile and developing a concept for the implementation of SAP ERP.
