       HICRON PROVIDES THE SAP ERP SERVICES IN NOVOL SP. Z O.O.13/01/11 - Wroclaw
End December 2010, HICRON company specializing in the implementation, development and outsourcing of SAP ERP signed a contract with NOVOL company in what concerns the SAP application service as well as the development works. Following the contract signed, as of January 2011, a team of HICRON maintenance consultants has been supporting the company staff in the ongoing maintenance of all of the implemented modules of SAP ERP: financial accounting (FI), fixed assets (FI-AA), treasury (FI-TR), controlling (CO), sales and distribution (SD), material management (MM), warehouse management (WM), plant maintenance (PM), quality management (QM), production (PP) and HR. In the contract, the representatives of HICRON and NOVOL defined the response and repair time of problems and minor failures reported. Next to the provision of maintenance services, the cooperation also covers the consultants of HICRON offering to NOVOL SAP ERP development services as regards consulting and programming, as well as organization of comprehensive training on SAP maintenance.
