At the end of March 2010, the company HICRON and its partners established a new company in Switzerland – Hicron Schweiz AG. Apart from HICRON, the co-owners of newly based Hicron Schweiz are: Justus Reichmuth, Alex Schönenberg, Andreas Wilhelm, Heinz Ryter.

The share capital is CHF 100,000. 50% stake of HICRON Schweiz lies in hands of HICRON Ltd., the other part belongs to the partners in Switzerland. Justus Reichmuth – the president of the Board – will be responsible for HICRON Schweiz’s operational activities. Alex Schönenberg was appointed chairman of the Board. The Swiss partners will also be responsible for managing projects.

The establishment of the new company takes place through marriage of HICRON’s position achieved through its experience abroad  and contacts offered by the partners in Switzerland. "Only few Polish companies are choosing to set up companies abroad, mainly due to difficulties in gaining the confidence and trust of foreign companies. We managed to do this several times."- says Remigiusz Efinowicz, member of the Board in HICRON and member of the supervisory board HICRON Schweiz AG.

"The long-term cooperation with companies such as MAN, AMAG, Swiss Post or Porsche is the proof that the level of HICRON skills goes far beyond standards offered by many other consulting companies. The quality of solutions delivered by them convinced us that it is worth starting the cooperation. Skills presented by HICRON consultants, combined with our market knowledge and experience in project management in Switzerland will guarantee of the success of this project "- says Alex Schönenberg, chairman of the Board in HICRON Schweiz AG.

The main business area of HICRON Schweiz will be delivering technology and consulting services, and also implementation of dedicated IT solutions, including SAP ERP.

“From the very beginning, most services of HICRON were delivered abroad, mainly to customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Sweden and the also in the UK. Therefore, the establishment of companies in the West is a natural step for us, which was planned a long time ago. We chose Switzerland mainly because of the wide experience on this market and good business contacts with our partners, currently co-owners of HICRON Schweiz." – explains Remigiusz Efinowicz – “By establishing HICRON Schweiz we provide our customers with even better and wider support.
