At the end of September 2011, HICRON, a company specializing in the implementation, development and outsourcing of SAP ERP signed an agreement with Hydrobudowa 9 SA for the provision of SAP application service and development works.

Pursuant to the agreement, a team of HICRON’s service consultants support SAP users at Hydrobudowa 9 SA in their everyday work with the SAP ERP modules implemented in the company, namely financial accounting, fixed assets and controlling (FI, FI-AA, CO), sales & distribution (SD), material management (MM), HR and SAP administration (Basis).

In the contract, representatives of HICRON and Hydrobudowa 9 SA defined the response times and repair turnaround times for problems and failures reported. Apart from providing SAP ERP application support, HICRON consultants offer their customers system development services in the area of consulting and programming, as well as assistance in the organization of comprehensive SAP training.
