       IMPLEMENTATION OF ESA TEMPLATE IN MAN TRUCKS (RUSSIA)09/04/09 - Munich/Moscow
In April 2009 HICRON company supported the project of of ESA (Europäische Strukturen in Aussenorganisationen) system implementation in the Russian division of MAN Trucks. The purpose of the project is to implement a new corporate template which includes SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP XI and other solutions, taking into account the specific business requirements of MAN Trucks in Russia. The implementation in the Russian division was managed from the headquarters in Munich. The role of HICRON was to adapt the existing ESA System template to the Polish business requirements, in particular including issue of adjustment invoices in the billing system of MAN Trucks, and implementation of multi-currency processing to cater for a possibility of making a number of prepayments in different currencies against a single order. The consultants also ensured controlling integration of the vehicles sales process with the settlement of vehicles buy-back. The implementation of ESA system in MAN is a global initiative involving all MAN-Trucks companies in Europe. After completion of the rollouts to Poland and Russia, rollouts to other European countries are planned. |
