In accordance with the contract the Hicron experts are to support MDD employees in the utilisation of SAP ERP applications. The scope of MDD application service comprises all functionalities of the SAP system implemented in the company, including finance, fixed assets, controlling, sales and distribution, materials management, warehouse management, production and production planning, HR and Basis administrative support. The consultants of the HICRON Outsourcing Team will provide assistance with solving system-related problems occurring within the functionalities listed above, as well as with adjusting the system to new laws and regulations, and with the development and training in SAP functionalities. The application support service at MDD is rendered via a service portal provided by HICRON.
