At the end of October 2011, HICRON company specializing in the implementation, development and outsourcing of SAP ERP, signed an agreement with NOVOL Sp. z o.o. for the delivery of SAP maintenance services. This is the third cooperation agreement concluded between the two companies.

 The SAP maintenance service covers the delivery and installation of upgrades to the implemented SAP ERP system. Pursuant to the agreement, HICRON consultants will be responsible for resolving any potential problems encountered during the ongoing operation of the system. The scope of SAP maintenance services provided to NOVOL is defined in the SAP Standard Support conditions.

The agreement comes into effect from January 2012 and is referred to as the third stage of cooperation. NOVOL sp. z o.o. has been a client of HICRON since December 2010, when HICRON launched its application support services in NOVOL. It was at that time when the two companies signed an additional framework agreement for the provision of development services. Under the subsequent stage of cooperation, HICRON consultants carried out an optimization of the business processes in the SAP ERP system.
