       PALLMED – A NEW HICRON MAINTENANCE SERVICE CLIENT11/01/11 - Wroclaw/Bydgoszcz
In December 2010, HICRON company specializing in the implementation, development and outsourcing of SAP ERP, signed two service contracts with Pallmed company in what concerns application support and the maintenance of SAP ERP. Following the contracts signed, as of the beginning of January 2011 the consultants of HICRON in charge of maintenance service, have been supporting the administrative staff of Pallmed in their daily operations with SAP ERP system. The scope of the support encompasses finance (FI) and controlling (CO), sales and distribution (SD), material management (MM) and Basis administration. The maintenance service encompasses the scope of SAP Standard Support. What determined the choice of HICRON as the maintenance service provider, was the company’s consultants’ vast competences, particularly in what concerns the implementation and development of non-standard IT solutions, convenient cooperation conditions, as well as positive references from HICRON maintenance service clients. Ośrodek Opieki Pallmed and NZOZ Dom Sue Ryder is operating as a nursing center. It has more than 5000 patients from Bydgoszcz and around. Among the Pallmed unitsthere are the following: Home Care Team, Home Respiratory Treatment Team, which delivers medical and nursing services also outside the region, Palliative Care Ward, Psychogeriatric and Psychologic Outpatient Clinics and others. Since 2005 has had ISO 9001-2000 quality certificate, priding itself on a high quality of medical services, as well as working conditions. Pallmed also has a Fair Play Enterprise certificate obtained in 2008. |
