       SAP OUTSOURCING AT POD TELEGRAFEM BAKERY28/07/11 - Wroclaw
HICRON has signed an agreement with “Pod Telegrafem Bakery” network on the outsourcing of processes connected with renting of SAP system server facilities, their maintenance and administration. The service shall be provided by HICRON in cooperation with a partner company Beyond.pl. As part of a joint offer, HICRON i Beyond.pl give Pod Telegrafem Bakery access to a technologically advanced platform that makes it possible to start up, maintain the operation of and constantly monitor the implementation of SAP ERP system by HICRON. The extent of obligations of HIRCON and Beyond set forth in the agreement includes without limitation monitoring and maintenance of the system’s optimum working environment, on-going maintenance works and removal of any possible disruptions and errors. „We are aware of how important the continuity of operation, high efficiency and error-free operation of an ERP system is for the business. On the other hand, rather than invest in building a team enabling us to maintain the infrastructure of an SAP system implemented by us, we prefer to focus on our core business. By transferring the care of SAP to HICRON and Beyond we are choosing an access to modern data storage facilities, with a guarantee of system service and highest possible level of security.” – this is how Arkadiusz Paśnik, the Project Manager responsible for the SAP implementation at Pod Telegrafem Bakery justifies the conclusion of the SAP outsourcing agreement. „Renting of a SAP system infrastructure provides benefits in form of savings of time and costs of training and hiring employees connected with maintenance of server facilities, reduction of running and improvement costs and maximization of data storage safety. Cooperation of HICRON and Pod Telegrafem Bakery started in 2010 by signing of an agreement on SAP ERP system implementation, its adjustments to individual business needs of a company, implementation of analytical and reporting tools SAP Business Objects and proprietary HICRON POS (Point of Sale) Solution. Implementation of these solutions shall be completed at the beginning of Q4 2011. |
