Selena FM SA (WSE:SEL) – one of the largest manufacturers of construction chemicals in Europe has joined the group of Hicron maintenance service clients. Following the contracts signed, as of the beginning of January 2012, HICRON has been providing complex services to Selena FM SA encompassing application support and SAP maintenance.

Pursuant to the contract concluded with Selena FM SA, the company staff are supported in their daily work with SAP Business Intelligence analytical and reporting solutions. Additionally, HICRON consultants are responsible for administering the SAP system, including ensuring data security as well as updating and backing up the system.

Within the scope of SAP maintenance services, being the subject of another contract signed with Selena FM SA, the consultants of HICRON are responsible for the delivery and installation of SAP ERP system updates in Selena FM SA, and for resolving any problems in system operation. The scope of the support services provided is set out in the terms and conditions of SAP Enterprise Support.
