The successful implementation of the return packaging management solution in Kompania Piwowarska paved the road for further cooperation of the company with HICRON Consulting.

The next step was to invite HICRON Consulting to take part in the largest IT project executed in Kompania Piwowarska in 2008: implementation of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions.

The implementation of the SFA application was the responsibility of Anica Systems. Hicron Consulting represented the interest of Kompania Piwowarska, acting in the capacity of the SFA Implementation Project Manager on the Client’s side, working together with Anica System consultants and ensuring appropriate translation of the expectations of Kompania Piwowarska into the capabilities of the launched solutions. Additionally, HICRON Consulting experts integrated SFA with the SAP system.

SFA solutions are applications automating sales processes, such as order processing, management of contacts with clients, exchange of information, check of inventory levels, order tracking, analyses and sales forecasts, etc.
