Since early 2010, the company HICRON supports MAN in roll-out of ESA ((Europäische Strukturen in Aussenorganisationen ) solution in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

This is the third phase of the ESA implementation carried out by HICRON since January 2007.

The main aim of theESA is to transfer the template solution designed and implemented by HICRON in Munich in 2007, to MAN units in Norway, Denmark and Sweden, adapting it to local requirements.
Implementation of ESA is a global initiative carried out in all the companies in MAN Commercial Vehicles Group. Its goal is to create a single and coherent system, using of which would mean the unification of standards and integration of business processes in a single platform. Integration focuses on the processes associated with the distribution of vehicles and spare parts and also provided service, operated from within the SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) for the automotive industry. Apart from SAP VMS, ESA integrates also processes supported by systems: SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP XI and smaller IT solutions.

Implementation of ESA in the Nordic countries is the next stage of HICRON and MAN cooperation. Previously, HICRON consultants supported roll-out of the solution to MAN companies in Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, France, Poland, Russia, Hungary and Slovenia. Implementation in Norway, Sweden and Denmark started at the beginning of 2010, go-live is planned for October 2010.
