Pre-implementation analysis /Business process analysis
Companies preparing for the implementation of SAP ERP or looking for appropriate SAP tools should start from a pre-implementation / business process analysis.

We begin the implementation process with the analysis of the business needs and discussionof the goals the Client wants to achieve thanks to the IT technology. At the same time, we prepare a map of the company’s business processes and record the way in which they are actually executed in practice, in order to identify the possible changes which could optimize performance. The resulting document is a map with guidelines how to facilitate effective and efficient ERP implementation. The collected information about the Client’s expectations and the status quo of the IT solutions used by the Client is then translated into the system capabilities. The solutions finally offered by us are those which best respond to the needs identified in the course of the business process analysis.

SAP system audit
SAP audit brings answers to the questions to what extent companies take advantage of the SAP system functionality, to what extent the system meets their expectations, whether it is compatible with the business processes and what kind of organizational changes or system extensions are recommended in order for the system to fully meet the demands. The audit of SAP solutions is recommended in the case of all companies which:
- have recently implemented the SAP system and, due to lack of experience or sufficient knowledge, are often forced to use the support of external service providers to solve their problems,
- are thinking about the development of the implemented system and want to prepare themselves for the decision,
- after a few years of using the system, want to learn to what extent the system meets their needs.

Dedicated SAP workshops
When preparing training events in the scope of SAP system operation and use, we usually avoid the standard program which assumes too much unification in terms of materials, environment and practical exercises. Our workshop approach focuses on drawing up a list of training needs and describing them in detail. This means not only an individual approach to the subjects covered and the level of detail, but also the use of real-life situations and examples from the daily reality of the organization, which closely reflect the production environment. We are able to fully respond to the Client’s needs by developing a set of workshops tailored to the specific expectations concerning the subjects to be discussed, the scope of training and the selected SAP areas.
