In addition to implementation and development of systems, we offer our Clients support for SAP users, application service and SAP system maintenance. Our consultants provide advice and assistance in resolving everyday issues and operation of the SAP system in all areas of the company’s activities.

Application support
The main advantage of the application support is the availability of quick and competent help in the event of more serious problem. It is of particular value to those companies who do not want to invest in the development of niche IT competences and want to focus entirely on their core business.
Another important benefit of the application support provided by HICRON is the reduction of expenditures on the maintenance of the SAP system. System maintenance costs can be planned in advance, as the services are provided under a long-term agreement of a strictly defined scope, in return for a fixed fee. The offer of application support services is tailored to the individual needs and requirements of the Client in terms of the scope of support, response times and office hours f the consultants.

HICRON offers a flexible approach to the SLA terms proposed by the customers. The team of HICRON service consultants will be at the customer’s disposal during the customer’s office hours.

Maintenance
In addition to support of particular areas, we also offer the SAP manufacturer’s maintenance services, including technical assistance and the possibility of receiving system updates from the supplier. In return for a fixed fee, the Client’s SAP system is subject to regular monitoring aimed at identification of the potential errors.
