  1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) specify the rules for using the Newsletter service.
  2. The Newsletter is published by Hicron Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Gwiaździsta 62, 53-413 Wrocław, entered in the register of business entities of the National Court Register maintained by the Regional Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS (National Court Register Number): 0000250424, share capital: PLN 118,490.00, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 894-28-54-019, REGON (National Official Business Register Number): 020231066 (the “Publisher”).
  3. The service of sending information, including commercial information, by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the Subscriber shall consist in the Publisher sending information in the form of an e-mail (the “Newsletter”).
  4. The Newsletter subscription service shall be free of charge, provided for an indefinite period and available for any user of the website (the “Subscriber”) after activation of the service, in accordance with section 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Newsletter shall contain news, case studies, links to downloadable materials and information about Hicron Sp. z o.o. and events related to the Publisher (among others). Every Newsletter shall include the following:
    • information on the Publisher,
    • filled-out “subject” area, specifying the contents of the e-mail,
    • information on how to cancel the subscription.
  6. In order to activate the Newsletter service, the Subscriber shall have to:
    • Enter the e-mail address at which the Subscriber wishes to receive the Newsletter in the relevant “Subscribe to the Newsletter” form on the designated pages of the website and activate the link included in the e-mail sent automatically to the address specified by the Subscriber, to verify the information entered during registration.
    • Enter the Subscriber’s e-mail address in other places at the website designated as places used to subscribe to the Newsletter: when downloading a case study or e-book or when filling out the contact form available at (among others).In both of the situations described above, by entering the e-mail address, the Subscriber grants consent to the processing of his/her personal data and accepts the Terms and Conditions of the service by checking the relevant boxes. This is a voluntary but necessary condition for the commencement of service provision.
  1. The Subscriber shall require an active and correctly configured e-mail account to use the Newsletter service.
  2. In order to provide the Newsletter service, the Publisher shall process the personal data of the Subscriber in the form of his/her e-mail address.
  3. The personal data administrator shall be Hicron Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław (53-413), at ul. Gwiaździsta 62. The legal grounds for personal data processing shall be the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).
  4. The Newsletter shall function based on the consent to personal data processing given by the Subscriber before subscribing to the service. The consent is voluntary, but it is necessary for the Publisher to provide the service. The Subscriber shall have the right to demand that his/her personal data be corrected and updated and – in the circumstances specified by the law – to demand that they be deleted, in particular after cancelling the subscription. The Subscriber shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will result in the removal of his/her e-mail address from the distribution list of the Newsletter service. To change, add or delete his/her personal data, the Subscriber shall contact the Publisher using the following e-mail: [email protected]
  5. Every Subscriber of the Newsletter may cancel the subscription by clicking the link included in the footer of every Newsletter e-mail and checking the relevant box on the website to which he/she is subsequently redirected.
  6. The e-mail address specified by the Subscriber for the Newsletter service shall not be sent to third parties without his/her consent.
  7. The Publisher reserves the right to amend the contents of the “Terms and Conditions of the Newsletter Service” after communicating this fact to the Subscribers in a suitable e-mail. The new wording of the Terms and Conditions shall come into effect upon the lapse of 14 days from the date of the communication about the planned amendment via e-mail. If the Subscriber does not accept the new contents of the Terms and Conditions, he/she shall inform the Publisher about cancellation of the subscription in accordance with section 11. The current contents of the Terms and Conditions shall be published on the website.
  8. Complaints relating to the service shall be sent by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] A specific description of the problem shall be required to report a complaint. Replies to complaints shall be provided within 14 days from the receipt of the complaint, by e-mail to the address from which the complaint was sent.
  9. The Publisher shall have the right to delete an incorrect or non-existent e-mail address of the Subscriber from the list of Subscribers without stating the reasons therefore.
  10. The Publisher reserves the right to stop providing the Newsletter service for all or some of the Subscribers without stating the reasons therefore, upon prior notice to the Subscriber(s) about this via e-mail.
