The Ministry of Finance introduces a new standard in reporting process tax information. There are changes in regulations associated therefore with the need to adapt the SAP ERP system to the existing guidelines. The new requirements come into force on 1 July 2016, and will effect all large companies.

From 1 July 2016. The requirement to submit a Single File Control will force large companies, defined as having more than 250 employees, or record an annual turnover of at least EUR 50 million. Smaller companies are covered by these provisions from 1 July 2018.

Bank statement

Warehouse

Records of purchase and sale of VAT

invoices

Tax revenue and expense ledger

Registry revenues

Answer SAP on new regulations

Changes in legal regulations also mean changes in SAP ERP. SAP Poland is working so just to cope with the new reporting requirements. At the moment it is already known that the update will only systems SAP ERP 6.0 and higher. They are not yet known details of the solution.

It will probably be based on the standard functionality for creating an audit of the tax, which is currently used for auditing purposes in other countries.
