Developing an organization requires continuous effort – not only in the area of new technologies, but above all in investing in people who set the direction for change and understand the scale of market challenges. At Hicron, we focus on quality, partnership, and continuous growth. Our values translate into tangible actions and long-term relationships. We are now strengthening these foundations by appointing two new leaders to strategic positions. Today, we are joined by Arkadiusz Jamski, Alliance Manager at Hicron, and Bartek Zawisza, Project Quality & Governance Director at Hicron, to discuss how their roles shape the direction of our organization’s development.
A New Direction: Implementation Advisory Services
Hicron: Bartek, your arrival at Hicron coincided with the launch of a new implementation advisory service. Could you explain what this service involves and what it changes for our clients?
Bartek Zawisza: The role of Project Quality & Governance at Hicron encompasses two key areas. On the one hand, it focuses on continuously improving the quality of delivered projects. On the other, it provides our clients with structured support in transformation projects that can be demanding in terms of both technology and organization. The implementation advisory service allows Hicron to go beyond the standard role of a technology solutions provider and become a strategic partner, not only helping our clients select the optimal ERP solutions, but also supporting them at every stage of the transformation process. This support extends beyond traditional implementation – we develop the transformation strategy based on SAP solutions, help determine the optimal implementation model and scope, and offer advice on selecting the right partners for this journey. Drawing on our experience from numerous transformation projects delivered across different countries and industries, we also guide organizations in preparing for the challenges such initiatives entail.
For our clients, this service means working with a trusted advisor who not only understands the technology, but is also well-versed in project methodologies and change management. We offer competencies developed over years of delivering projects of varying complexity and scale, while placing strong emphasis on understanding the client’s organizational culture and project management maturity. Our ambition is not only to ensure a strong start but also to support clients throughout every phase of the project by mitigating risks and strengthening governance processes. This is made possible by the team of experienced experts I have the privilege of working with. I have already collaborated with many of them during my professional career, which gives me the confidence that I am in a place where I can not only contribute my expertise, but also continue to grow in an atmosphere of partnership.
Partnership as the Foundation of New Strategies
Hicron: Arek, you have taken on the role of Alliance Manager – a completely new position at Hicron. What challenges and opportunities does this role bring, and why was it created at this particular moment?
Arkadiusz Jamski: This is indeed a pivotal moment for the company. The Alliance Manager role was created to strengthen the management and development of partnerships – both domestic and international. Partnership has always been part of Hicron’s DNA. Now the time has come to further professionalize and structure our cooperation with partners.
Today, SAP partnerships require flawless organization and full operational readiness. Competition is intense and expectations continue to rise. My role is to build coherent and effective collaboration models – both for existing partners and the acquisition of new ones. I bring extensive knowledge of SAP procedures, gained over years of managing SAP partners in Poland and the CEE region, which involved overseeing business and operational aspects of the partner channel. This experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of market requirements and the ability to prepare teams to conduct effective negotiations and maintain high partnership standards. At Hicron, we are well positioned to establish as many international partnerships as possible, particularly among companies with 100% Polish capital. This provides us with a solid foundation that I look forward to developing further together with the team.
Collaboration and Dialogue Within Hicron
Hicron: Bartek, you emphasize the importance of internal collaboration. How do you leverage your experience to strengthen Hicron’s teams and enhance organizational effectiveness?
