On April 8 and 9, representatives of Hicron participated in the prestigious SAP CEE Partner Kick Off Meeting 2025 held in Belgrade. Paweł Kresak, Chief Customer Officer at Hicron, and Kamil Suszko, SAP Basis Manager at Hicron, accepted the SAP CEE Partner Excellence Award 2025 on behalf of the company in the Most Strategic Cloud Deal 2024 category. We spoke with Kamil, who shared some details about this distinction.
Hicron Wins the SAP CEE Partner Excellence Award 2025!

As an SAP partner, Hicron is committed not only to meeting the vendor’s requirements, but also to exceeding expectations. We deliver systems tailored precisely to our Clients’ needs, carrying out cloud migrations and implementations on their terms. This has earned us the trust of both our business partners and SAP itself, as evidenced by the award we have just received. You can read more about it in the article below.
Thank you! But really, congratulations are due to the entire Hicron team. There are many people behind this award. The Most Strategic Deal involved many days of preparation during the bidding process – from the Sales Department to the Consulting Team. Besides myself, Adam Warszewski and Andrzej Januszewski should definitely be mentioned, as well as many, many others.
Each of us contributed to this success – I don’t want to single anyone out.
What was the SAP CEE Partner Kick Off Meeting 2025 all about?
The SAP CEE Partner Kick Off Meeting 2025 in Belgrade was a two-day event focused on reviewing the achievements of 2024 and outlining key steps and plans for 2025 in the CEE region. It was also the perfect opportunity to share experiences among SAP partners. In addition to purely partnership-related discussions, there were also thematic sessions on AI, RISE with SAP, and other topics.
What are the SAP CEE Partner Excellence Awards 2025?
This year’s awards were given to partners for excellence in several different categories – including Top Cloud Performer (congratulations to BPX!) and Most Strategic Deal. They were given to the most outstanding partners in the CEE region.
Can you tell us a bit more about what exactly Hicron was awarded for?
Hicron was recognized for generating and closing the most strategic deal of 2024 in the entire CEE region. The size and complexity of the subscription, especially in the public sector, are truly impressive. For both Hicron and SAP, such a large project in the public sector could pave the way for major future projects for public institutions – which is why SAP appreciated it.
Was Hicron the only company recognized in this category this year?
No, there were three nominees in each category. In our case, we competed for the top spot with CNT Management Consulting and Enetel Solutions.
What does this award mean for Hicron? Does it open any new paths for growth?
As I mentioned earlier, both the award and the project it recognizes open up significant opportunities for us in the public sector – including local government units, universities, and hospitals. The number of potential Clients is really high.
As we all know, success often has many faces. Who else among our representatives was involved in the winning project?
Special thanks go to Adam Warszewski, who handled the sales side of the process. It’s also important to mention that the entire Hicron Management Board and the Heads of individual divisions were involved as well. I can also reveal that Andrzej Januszewski had more than a few “sleepless nights” along the way. There are many people behind this success – the list is really long.
Your team certainly isn’t resting on its laurels. Can you tell us what you’re working on right now?
At Hicron, we’re currently working on a number of projects that are already in the implementation phase, and we’re also active in the bidding arena. The bidding process for SAP-related projects can sometimes take more than 12 months. Our current projects include both new SAP implementations as well as system conversions to SAP S/4HANA. We’ve had a really good start to 2025, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed that we’ll be able to say the same in December.
Is Hicron aiming to repeat this success and win the same award for 2025?
Absolutely, without a doubt. There’s no point in resting on past achievements – it’s important to have an ambitious goal to strive for. I hope we’ll not only repeat this success, but win even more awards. I’ve always said that Hicron strives to be, and truly is, a strategic partner for its Clients.
How does our organization work toward this goal?
Through daily hard work on many levels. Both the sales processes and those in the service delivery stage play a vital role. Standing still means falling behind, which is why it’s so important to continuously monitor indicators and respond appropriately at the earliest stages.
Thank you very much for this insightful conversation and everything you’ve shared with us! Would you agree that it’s important to celebrate joint successes? I’m sure there’s something you’d like to add in closing.
Celebrating successes is just as important as learning from failures. Behind every achievement are hours of hard work – often accompanied by small setbacks. That’s why, at the end of the day, it’s important to step onto the big stage and proudly share your accomplishments. Every organization should celebrate its successes, even the small ones. It builds self-confidence, organizational confidence, and drives positive action. We work together every day to improve the organization – so it’s worth taking a moment amid the rush to share a few genuinely positive words with one another. So, I would like to personally thank and congratulate everyone at Hicron for their dedication and hard work each day – this award belongs to you.
