SAP APO implementation

As a result of dynamic development, standard production planning based on order history and sales results from previous years was no longer sufficient for Profile Vox. This is why the company decided to introduce improvements aimed at optimizing supply chain management and enable production planning based on rapidly changing market trends. In order to achieve this, Profile VOX decided to implement the SAP APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer) solution in conjunction with the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) approach.

The main business goal of the SAP APO project was to improve the exchange of information on current demand between the producer and distributors. In this way the company wanted to increase productivity, reduce costs of planning orders and reduce storage space. This would also lead to optimization of warehouse inventory and minimizing errors in forecasting.

Professional knowledge, precision, and understanding of client needs allowed Hicron to undertake a very complex project in the area of SCM, which is one of the most innovative projects in Europe. I fully recommend Hicron as a trustworthy business partner.

The main tasks of Hicron team within the SAP APO project was to develop the system bluepront based on the business processes and goals of Profile Vox. After a deep analysis involving experts in key areas, a prototype was constructed, adjusted and implemented with integration to external systems (including distributors).

SAP international rollouts

After a successfull SAP implementation project in Poland it was decided, that the solution will be roll-outed to foreign companies within the Profile Vox Group. The main goal of this project was to unify high management standards basing on the solution implemented by Hicron which was used as a template. Hicron was chosen as the implementation partner and the SAP solution was rollouted to Belarus, France and Romania.

The experience of HICRON consultants, their approach to the client, and the high level of competence they demonstrated during the preparation of the concept confirmed our belief that they are the partner we want to cooperate with during our implementation. What convinced us to start our cooperation with HICRON was the comprehensiveness of the services offered, which includes, apart from SAP implementation and maintenance, SAP development services and full IT outsourcing.

Implementation of Workflow and Document Management System

Along with the decision to implement SAP ERP, resulting from the desire to automate and optimize business processes, the management board of the companies immediately decided to apply additional solutions. Their goal was to organize the processes related to document management. SAP DMS and SAP Workflow solutions with the addition of an electronic signature fully met the company’s expectations, so it was decided to implement them in parallel with the SAP implementation.

The aim of the projects carried out by Hicron at Profile Vox, related to the implementation of document management and circulation solutions, was the automation and simplification of administrative activities related to working with documents and their approval.

The method of invoicing and document management is, from a business perspective, of little importance. However, proper organization of these processes provides comfort of work and increases its efficiency, not only accelerating and simplifying their execution, but also increasing the security of transactions. In order to be able to benefit from the use of DMS and the electronic signature as soon as possible, we decided not to wait for the main project to be completed and decided to carry out parallel implementation.

The team of Hicron consultants and developers proposed the implementation of the proprietary Hicron DMS Cockpit solution for document management, construction of a Workflow system for the circulation of documents pending approval, as well as implementation of an electronic signature enabling remote acceptance of the most important documents.
