How can I check if a document is still locked when a batch job cannot be executed due to the locked document by the user?
1. Enter SM12 transction code. In User Name field enter user ID and press F8.
2. The lock entry list will appear, where you will be able to check if any user is blocking the document and if so, which user is blocking it:
