Since we created a team dedicated to Atlassian software in response to the challenges our clients faced, particularly related to the new reality of remote work, our goal has been to provide the highest level of service. A level confirmed by partner status, not just quality.

What does this mean in practice?
So far, we have been offering implementation, integration, migration, and maintenance services for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Now we can go through the entire implementation process with our clients. By choosing Hicron, the client has one partner who can address all their individual needs.

We carried out our first JIRA implementation… on ourselves. This allowed us to fully understand each element and learn its practical applications.
