    License or subscription?

    In addition to the changes in the approach to project implementation, the contracting model with SAP is also changing. The modern SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment does not require the Client to purchase servers, maintain databases and operating systems. All of these services are provided under a single contract with SAP and a monthly or quarterly subscription fee, which is an operating expense (OPEX, not CAPEX).

During the implementation of the traditional SAP GUI interface, it was necessary to train users on how to navigate the through the system. With SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, there is no such need, and employees can use it comfortably and efficiently.

    SAP-specific icons have been replaced with more readable graphics and tiles that the users can easily adapt to their needs. Innovative transactions recorded on tiles can also be easily launched on mobile devices such as tablets or mobile phones.
