PSA Peugeot Citroën is a French Automotive concern, owner of the Peugeot and Citroën brands. Due to the fact that the company has a large number of retail outlets, it needed a standardized IT system that would keep the workflow in all locations. As a result, Hicron implemented its proprietary DMS solution in 50 PSA branches in Germany.

The IT system supporting the work of retail outlets is the foundation of our business. The ability to optimize and adapt it to the needs of all entities in the PSA Group is of strategic importance and we consider it a step into the future. To optimize sales management, the company decided to implement the Dealer Management System and SAP DBM solutions.
