Description of the solution

The monthly distribution of paper payslips can be a time-consuming process, especially in enterprises with many employees or a fragmented structure. Electronic payslips are becoming an increasingly popular solution.

Hicron experts have developed a proprietary extension of the SAP PY module, which enables fully secure online delivery of payslips to the e-mail addresses provided by employees. Process automation helps save time and money on document handling, and the implementation of the solution itself is quick and does not interfere with the work of the HR and payroll departments.

Solution features

The greatest advantage of the tool is its integration with the data from SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP Payroll, which guarantees the correctness of the e-payslips sent. Amon main solution features there are:

Automatic sending of payslips on the indicated date
Encryption of the PDF files containing the payslips
Associating employee personal numbers with e-mail addresses and telephone numbers
Additional encryption of sent messages
Sending passwords via SMS

The ePayslips application was designed to ensure complete confidentiality of the distributed data. The payslips – created 1:1 compared to what they look like in the SAP system – are not stored anywhere. The data is encrypted and sent at the same time, while the e-mail itself is automatically deleted from the system.

As a result, there is no risk of stealing or misusing the employees’ sensitive data.
One of the available effective data encryption tools can be additionally configured.
In addition to the ePayslips solution, we also offer support for the migration of the necessary data to the SAP system.
It is also possible to implement an additional product to provide users with personal access passwords via SMS sent to numbers previously defined in the system.
